Help – My item arrived damaged. What next?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the damaged merchandise at sales@springfitmattress.com. In order to be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the damage within 3 days of receiving the order. Please contact our Customer Experience team at sales@springfitmattress.comor call us at 0120-4901369 with your Order number details to request return.

Help – I received the wrong item. What next?
Contact our Customer Experience team within 3 days of receiving your item. They’ll provide you with all necessary details for sending the incorrect item back. They’ll also help make sure the correct item is shipped out ASAP.

What are the conditions for returns eligibility?

Timeline: Contact our Customer Experience team within 3 days of receiving your items at springfitmattress.com or call us at 0120-4901369 with your Order number details.
Product condition: The items being returned need to be unused and in perfect condition. You must make sure the products under return are not tampered with or used. The item should not be broken or damaged. All the products must be in their original packing and outer boxes. Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy.

How can I cancel my entire order?
